Tatiana Pauwels Lutomski

Attorney Tatiana Lutomski has a diverse practice that primarily focuses on Business & Commercial Litigation and Corporate Services. Prior to joining McCathern, Ms. Lutomski defended domestic and multinational companies in federal workers’ compensation claims, where she gained valuable experience conducting depositions, attending adversarial proceedings, and negotiating settlements.

Ms. Lutomski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for Judge Frances H. Stacy in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

During law school, Ms. Lutomski competed in national and intramural Moot Court and Mock Trial tournaments, had two works selected for publication in the Corporate Counsel Review, was awarded a CALI award (highest grade in the class) in Family Law, and made Dean’s List for two semesters. In addition, she participated in her law school’s study abroad program, where she spent a fall semester living and taking classes at the Aarhus University Department of Law in Aarhus, Denmark.

In her free time, Tatiana enjoys wreck diving, mountain biking, eating Belgian cuisine, and visiting museums.
