Treats You Like Family

We hired Richard to help us navigate a complex business contract. Richard took the time to make sure we understood every word of the contract provided by the other side and rewrote and negotiated it to be in our favor before we signed. His tactful and professional approach saved the deal and made sur...e we got a contract which was very favorable to our side, protecting our interests and our investment. He did this all without spoiling the deal or offending a difficult opposing side. I would trust Richard with any complex contracts case and highly recommend him when the issue requires tactfulness and working with the other side. He can be tough when needed, but also knows how to bring two sides to agreement and is able to preserve critical business relationships. He and his firm have been a tremendous resource to our company over the years and were are ever grateful for Richard's helpfulness, surprisingly fast response-time, for taking the time to answer our questions, for understanding how important the deal was to us, and above all for treating us like family!
