Mark Elic Callender

Boasting a career rich in advocacy and trial excellence, Mark Callender specializes in personal injury and complex commercial litigation. A proud alumnus of Texas A&M University in Political Science, Mark graduated from South Texas College of Law as Valedictorian, serving as Editor-in-Chief of the South Texas Law Review, and achieving National Moot Court Champion status. He launched his career at Vinson & Elkins, LLP in 2002, where he tackled a range of complex commercial litigation cases. Mark co-founded Serpe, Jones, Andrews, Callender & Bell, PLLC in 2009, establishing a dynamic trial practice in Texas and expanding to New Mexico in 2010. In 2022, he partnered with Josh Bowlin to establish CB Trial and broadened his practice to Colorado. Mark is well-regarded for his representation in both state and federal courts, including Texas appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
