Mr. Stern was the absolute best decision I could've made. My daughter was injured at a carnival and it was the worst thing I have ever witnessed. Thankfully, her injuries werent severe. Mr. Stern took my case and helped me to pay every single bill; he also ended up waiving his attorney fees which ...was so unexpected and couldn't have come at a better time. He definitely is a man with a heart for his clients. Everyone I dealt with from the office was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Mr. Stern to anyone who has been injured.

I hired Jeffrey M. Stern back in November 2014 for a personal injury case. For 7 months his firm sat on my case and never prepared a demand letter. Stern Law Group sat on my case and let the defendants conduct their own investigation and they eventually denied liability. Jeffrey’s assistant lied abou...t waiting on my medical records needed in order to prepare a demand letter. In May 2015, I called the hospital myself, and Stern Law Group was not in fact waiting on the hospital to send my records. At that time, 6 months after hiring Mr. Stern, they still didn’t request my medical records. These are the same records which were required for me to have, according to his staff, in order to hire his law firm. I have an overwhelming amount of evidence that proves liability. When I first hired Jeffrey’s firm, I was told by his assistant Brittany the defendants would most likely deny liability, and Stern Law Group would file a lawsuit immediately afterwards. That was another lie. As soon as they received notification that the defendants would not open negotiations for a settlement, Stern Law Group sent me a certified letter stating they were no longer going to represent me. I requested a meeting with Jeffrey M. Stern 5 times. Each time there was either an excuse as to why we couldn’t meet or I was ignored completely (via telephone & email). I was never able to even speak to Mr. Stern the entire 7 months his firm represented me. Expressed concerns over and over again, and Jeffrey never reached out to me. I wish I could get my time back. Hiring this firm was a complete waste of my time more than anything. 7 months of my life that I can’t get back. His assistant Brittany is very also very unprofessional.
