Biography
Bridget Truxillo is an associate with Robins Cloud. Bridget concentrates her litigation practice on representing plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, wrongful death and asbestos litigation.
Bridget attended the University of Florida and earned her B.S. degree in Environmental Horticulture in 2000. A week after graduating she attended the Santa Fe Community College Police Academy and after finishing worked for the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office in Gainesville, FL. Bridget began in the Patrol division, but the majority of her time was spent in the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit. In addition, Bridget was the only female member of the SWAT team, and twice participated in the SWAT Round-Up International competition held in Orlando, FL every November. After the Sheriff’s Office, Bridget earned her law degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL in 2007, and has spent almost her entire legal career representing clients with mesothelioma and other diseases caused by exposure to asbestos.
