Brad Christopher Bedwell

Civil litigation is Brad's primary practice area, and he focuses on business, commercial, real estate, collections, creditor's rights, and oil-and-gas-related matters. Brad’s practice also includes catastrophic personal injury cases and defending those with personal liability on the line because of lack of insurance coverage.

Brad has represented businesses in various industries in a variety matters, including breach of contract cases, non-compete agreements, trademark matters and unfair competition, and fraudulent transfers.

Brad enjoys collecting debts that were previously thought to be uncollectable, even when the debtor files for bankruptcy. He has also represented businesses and individuals against creditors wrongfully collecting on a debt not owed.

Many of the clients Brad has represented are members of and service providers to the energy industry. He's aware of the several moving pieces involved when disputes arise.
