Honest, Highly Intelligent, Hard Working, & Successful at winning my battle against my HOA

It's VERY hard to go after an HOA. Shawn McKee represents HOA's & protects them. But, he can also go after them! His law firm has a far reach. He did a superb job in helping me sue my HOA Management company & it's Board Members! It was a success. He helped make a case with the downtown courthou...se on Caroline St., and then about a year later the old bard was removed. Then, I was able to become a Board member myself! I then helped nominate all new board members & hired a different management company. Shawn turned an outdated/ shadily governed HOA into a modern/ fair-governed HOA. I interviewed about 5 of the best real estate HOA attorneys before picking him. If you need an HOA attorney or if you need an attorney to go after an HOA.. Its been my experience that SHAWN MCKEE stresses out the other side so much that they lose in court or give in to his terms outside of court.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
