Robert Cooley Jeffries

Attorney Robert Jeffries is an experienced attorney who has been handling Lemon Law claims for years, representing THOUSANDS of clients in claims against vehicle manufacturers. He has handled cases against every major manufacturer, and for clients that drive all of the most common makes and models seen on the road. Jeffries has tried numerous Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty cases to trial courts, argued the merits of dispositive motions countless times, and truly enjoys representing consumers in this unique area of the law!

Prior to handling Lemon Law cases across the country, Jeffries was a prosecutor in both New York and Ohio. He handled thousands of cases from traffic level offenses all the way up to robberies, burglaries, assaults, arsons, and homicides. Through this he gained invaluable trial experience that he still uses today in the representation of consumers. He has also participated in numerous speaking and community engagements, was a Certified Gang Specialist, and served on a Fire/Arson Investigation Team. Previously Jeffries also spent 17 years as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT in New York, a passion which he has not lost and hopes to one day again become involved in.

Outside of work Jeffries enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three (soon to be four) children, is actively involved with St. John Vianney Catholic Church, their men’s ministry, and is a member of the Fraternity of Spiritual Fathers; and is also a member of the Parish Counsel at Saint Jerome’s Church. Jeffries recently finished a term within municipal government, having served for years on his City’s Board of Building and Zoning Appeals.
