Melisa Jordan represented me in 2010 in the building and completion of my Home. She made sure my construction contract between myself and the builder would protect me in the event the builder was in default during the construction and completion phase as well as the warranty and coverage in the year...s to come. After Moving in successful, Builder Negligence was discovered in February 2014 in defaulty stucco that has resulted in water intrusion and affected the Structure of the home. Melisa Jordan is currently representing me in a claim against the builder for the negligence and working towards a settlement and resolution to have the home repaired. While it has been a lengthy process, as I was advised upfront by Ms. Jordan, she has kept me informed, continued to seek out the builder, other contractors, as well as their insurance companies as well as provide evidence for cause.
