Biography
KEVIN L. COLBERT has written numerous articles for national publications in the areas of expert witness discovery, personal injury litigation, premises liability and environmental litigation. For 18 years, he practiced in national law firms concentrating in the area of tort litigation and assisted clients in all manner of business issues relating to litigation, litigation mitigation and litigation prevention. Mr. Colbert is now expanding his practice to assist all manner of businesses and individuals in their legal needs because he believes that everyone should be able to afford the same quality legal representation as large companies.
Mr. Colbert received his B.S. from the University of South Carolina, and attended Millikin University and the University of Illinois. He received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa with honors and an LL.M. from the University of Houston. He was an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas (Houston) and the University of Houston Law Center.

This attorney works harder on fabricating is AVVO rating than his clients cases.
Does not respond to phone calls or emails. I have no idea what is going on with my case. I'm sure he will devote more time to having this review removed than on any of his clients cases.

Replied last April 17, 2011It is unfortunate that this happened. This particular client is disputing a fee and did not comply with the terms of engagement as set out in our employment contract requiring cooperation between attorney and client, accepting sound advise and not providing information required.
