Used Chuck for easement dispute was attentive to situation. Didn't follow through at end of case to let us know about attorney fees from HOA/Builder thought it was poor that I called twice and never received notice or follow up. Our outcome of our situation was favorable. I don't believe the HOA/...Builder would have done anything or near as quick without him.
