Walter J. Cicack

Walter J. Cicack earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and his B.A. from the University of Houston. Attorney Cicack primarily represents clients in commercial-related litigation, including complex contract disputes, business divorces, restrictive covenant matters, financial related matters, and professional liability matters.
Mr. Cicack has represented large companies and middle-market business organizations and. He has also chaired a number of complex commercial jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. Attorney Cicack practices in all state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas. Mr. Cicack is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
While Walter J. Cicack’s commercial litigation practice is varied, many of the cases he has recently been handling involve disputes between business partners, corporate raiding and fiduciary duty disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenant disputes, and insurance broker/agent-related disputes.
