Guy Gerard Williams

One of my biggest pet peeves is not to respond to my emails, texts, or calls when I am dealing with something that is pressing. I was furious one day getting ready to pay some bills and found that my account had a hold on it. I called the bank and was asking questions as to why and who had a hold ...on my account. I was actually out of town at the moment all of this happened. When I call the bank they gave me a number to the person that placed a hold on my assets. I called them several times and to no avail. Not really knowing what to do at this point. I kept calling and finally talk with someone that told me what it was for. I found out I was being sued for a loan that I forgot to repay years ago. I was never served anything, so I reach out to Mr. Williams. I let him know about the situation of me being sued as I had zero to no knowledge about the service of papers. He was able to get in contact with the people that were suing me. Come to find out they served the papers to someone of different descent, age, and total profile. He was able to talk with them and negotiate a settlement agreement between myself and the creditor within a weeks time for MUCH less than they were claiming I owe. I must say, Mr. Williams was very efficient with his communication and follow-ups. I have never experienced a time when I had to work with someone that was so detailed and precise on providing next steps and making my fiance and I feel supported. This was a very frustrating time for us as we are trying to prepare for our wedding. However, the level of service and professionalism this “Guy” (pun intended) has provided us, made the process easy, and has really exceeded our expectations. Mr. Williams THANK YOU for your support throughout this process and the removal of this burden and stress. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family and should we need you again in the future! #YOUROCK!
