I would use her again and again!
I was one of a group of investors who were involved in an investment and were misled. We filed an arbitration against a global investment bank and went through mediation. Cindy's law firm was excellent in handling the case and keeping the group informed while being sensitive to our financial positi...
"Cindy is a great lawyer. I have known and worked with her for many years. She is highly recommended."
"Cindy has a powerful combination of intelligence, intuition, and energy, making her a formidable and persuasive advocate for her clients. At the same time, she is a genuine, nice, and caring person who gives her clients great attention and respect. I have worked closely with Cindy for many years and endorse her without reservation as one of the best and most effective lawyers I know."
"I had the good fortune to work on the same side of a lawsuit with Cindy. Our clients were being sued for minority shareholder oppression; the plaintiff sought several million dollars in damages. Against long odds and at a time when our clients were justifiably prepared for the worst, Cindy came in and was able to convince the judge that the law favored our clients. The judge ruled that our clients should prevail, which not only meant that our clients won the lawsuit, but also that they avoided the expense of a lengthy trial. I cannot recommend her highly enough."
"Cindy has a tremendous gift for simplifying complex legal issues. She is committed to her clients and always puts them first. Cindy is also upfront, ethical and trustworthy in everything she does. I am proud to call her my law partner."
