A Genius of an Attorney and a Warrior for your Cause

Brock took my case on over 2 years ago. I was sued by a partner who had no cause but lots of money. The case was backed by one of the largest law firms in the US and staffed with over 13 attorneys. Brock was simply my only hope to defend my myself and my family from what would have been complete dest...ruction. Why Brock? His ability to understand your needs and translate into a trial strategy was just amazing. His ability to communicate to the court simply to get your cause and defense was unparalleled to any writing I have ever experienced! His writing was the best legal writing with outstanding creatively written into my defense and countering the false narratives claimed. This made a huge difference translating my cause to the court. Keeping it simple for a judge to review is the most critical and especially in my legal preceding. His style to the jury in my case was amazing when he was speaking the room lit up but when he was not the jury went to sleep!! This is most critical in choosing a trial attorney as he must have energy, passion and be relatable. Brock Ackers simply put is one of a kind. With over 350 trial cases compared to most with under 50 his experience, knowledge and understanding of the court room will make you believe you just walked out of his private office. In my case he won a major battle with the odds totally stacked against us from the start. During the most critical time when I was breaking down or totally confused he was calm and collect to keep a stable track on the litigation. He also was strong fast on honesty to work with and was the most honest in the court room. Our enemy was caught lying many times to the jury and Brock caught ever lie pointing them out. See Brock simply would never try to create the truth he was the truth. In the good or bad in any case you must have honor with the Judge and the Jury. Brock owned that title while our foe lost it in days as Brock pointed out time after time the lies created to try to steer the jury from the truth. I never knew how much people lied in court, how perjury is the norm and how deception is the practice to win cases. Brock Ackers is a man of God and he is committed to the word of truth that cut through what ever chance harm came to our case. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the best of the best and the honest of the honest. I am honored to have been represented by a tremendous litigator who has become a friend who I will admire and owe many times over. May God continue to bless his practice as he is an Angle of Mercy on earth for us unprotected souls for sure!

The Best!

My husband and I hired Brock to handle a legal matter that turned out to be a very long and grueling ordeal. Excellent Litigation Attorney

I have known this attorney for over 10 years and have hired him on several occasions to defend my business interests. In each and every case he has been genuinely respectful to the judges and courteous to counsel for the plaintiffs or defendants depending upon who was being sued in a particular case.... I believe his clients benefit by this approach and know that I have on more than one occasion because he has been able to secure favorable rulings from the bench and reciprocal courtesies from opposing counsel because he is trusted by both. When he is in front of a jury they listen to what he has to say because they have witnessed with their own eyes the respect he commands in the courtroom by just being himself. He is definitely not some well dressed lawyer that believes "clothes make the man" and as such entitles him to lecture or bully a jury into submission. He seemly talks to each and every member of a jury like they were his next door neighbor and consequently they listen and trust what he has to say. He is a hard worker that studies the law and the facts for a specific case until he knows it as well or better than his client. I particularly appreciate the fact that he welcomes a client's input throughout the preparatory, settlement and trial phases of a lawsuit. He also has an excellent staff that keeps him informed and welcomes his clients to the office with a smile and friendly support for what they realize is always a difficult time for any litigant. Finally, I recommend Brock C. Akers to anyone who requires an excellent attorney with integrity who will secure justice for you without charging an arm and a leg.
