Adam Christopher Mott

Adam Mott is an experienced attorney whose practice is dedicated to representing consumers with defective vehicles. Since 2017, Mr. Mott has handled thousands of cases against the manufacturers of automobiles, boats, motorcycles, trucks, trailers, and recreational vehicles. Mr. Mott represents plaintiffs against manufacturers in matters involving breaches of warranty, violations of the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, DTPA actions, and state “Lemon Law” cases.

Based out of the Firm’s Houston, Texas office, Mr. Mott is licensed and practices in both Texas and Virginia. He is also admitted to practice in the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Federal District Courts of Texas. Mr. Mott has litigated cases all over both states. He also represents consumers in arbitration proceedings (BBB, AAA, NCDS) and lemon law hearings before the Texas Department of Transportation, Motor Vehicle Division.

Mr. Mott earned his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law. He holds a B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
