Mr. Shelby has represented exploration and production companies, refining and petrochemical companies and pipeline companies in a wide variety of energy litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, tortious interference claims, trade secret misappropriation matters, and disputes over exploration and production rights in foreign countries. Represented electric and gas utilities in commercial, environmental, property-damage, and personal-injury disputes.
