Robert Wayne Harlow

Robert W. Harlow concentrates his practice primarily in the areas ofbanking and finance, commercial real estate, and corporate and generalbusiness. As an expert in foreclosures and workouts, he has beeninvolved in property foreclosures, loan workouts, and forbearanceagreements for over 14 years. He has performed hundreds offoreclosures, workouts, and forbearances involving all types ofpersonal and real property including single family residentialproperties and developments, industrial projects, multifamily projects,retail properties, mixed-use projects and commercial office properties.

In commercial real estate, Mr. Harlow devotes much time to thenegotiation and drafting of commercial leases, easements, parkingagreements, development agreements and real estate purchase and saleagreements as well as advising and assisting clients on real estatedevelopment projects.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Harlow worked as a certified public accountant with a Big 4 accounting firm.
