Biography
Jason P. Sharp is involved in all facets of business litigation. In fighting for his clients, he is well-prepared and aggressive while remaining value-driven and efficient. Jason is knowledgeable and experienced in business disputes such as trade-secrets, contract, non-competes, insurance coverage, and employment law.
Also, he has handled appeals before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Texas state appellate courts. Currently, Jason is a member of the firm's Halliburton team, working in connection with all civil litigation and investigations concerning BP's Macondo well blowout in the Gulf of Mexico. Jason has been a proven leader in and out of the courtroom. He served with distinction in the United States Air Force and was awarded the Commendation Medal for meritorious service. Jason was selected for inclusion in Thomson Reuters' Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2013. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and South Texas College of Law.
