Chasity W. Cooper practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts and guardianships.

Chasity is passionate about her work in a practice area that impacts every single individual: estate planning and probate.  She believes a will is essential for everyone, regardless of how small or large an estate may be, and she has found that most people will have to handle the affairs of a loved one’s estate at some point during their life.

Chasity wants her clients to find the peace of mind of knowing that they have arranged their personal and financial affairs to provide for their loved ones in the most efficient, cost effective, and tax advantageous way possible. She does this through the use of wills, trusts, medical and financial powers of attorney, business succession planning, insurance trusts, co-habitation agreements, pre and post marital agreements, and complex techniques that minimize estate taxes such as sales to grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and family entities.

Chasity counsels clients through the difficult legal issues surrounding the loss of a loved one. She guides executors and trustees through the administration of estates and trusts while advising them of their fiduciary duties. She also represents beneficiaries, and advocates for their rights to ensure their inheritance is protected.

Chasity is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She earned her Masters of Law in Estate Planning in 2009 and continuously strives to provide the best service possible to her clients. Chasity’s experience practicing in both rural towns and large cities has allowed her to meet and help people from all walks of life.
