Texaco, Inc. case leading to a $10.53 billion jury verdict, and contributed to Houston Lighting & Power's litigation concerning the South Texas Nuclear Project. His recent work in commercial and IP litigation involves diverse technologies, such as well control systems, managed pressure drilling equipment, hydraulic fracturing products, medical devices, and telemedicine systems.
