I contacted this attorney to answer questions about an employment issue, I had to leave a message for the assistant to call back. After 2 days she never called so I called once again finally she called and the information was emailed to her she informed me the attorneys looked over the information, T...hey wanted me to sign an agreement I would pay $500.00 even if they did not take my case; However she could not tell me if I had a case the only thing she would tell me is bring in the agreement and $500.00 and the case would be discussed. Against my better judgement I scheduled an appointment and had and emergency with my child on the day of the appointmant and I called Michelle and rescheduled . She made the appointment but failed to write it down so on the appointment day there were no record of the appointment so I did not get to speak with the attorney once again. I called another attorney in town and spoke with him about my case and found out I did not have a strong enough case for an attorney to handle and the labor board and EEOC could handle it in a faster amount of time. And it cost me nothing. I would have paid this firm $500.00 to tell me I do not have a strong enough case. I read all the reviews from all of the High dollars settlement but they will do nothing for the average working call person.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
