WORKING WITH DENNIS CRAGGS FEELS LIKE BEING DEFRAUDED TWICE!

WORKING WITH DENNIS CRAGGS FEELS LIKE BEING DEFRAUDED TWICE! I was referred to Dennis Craggs by a longtime client of his. Someone had defrauded me of nearly $50K and I was told that he was the man to help me get my money back. I paid Dennis $3500 to begin the process of filing paperwork for me. He... was to get the defendant served and proceed to getting me a court date. Time was important because a property sale was involved. We began this process in June of 2025. Dennis dragged his feet, which negatively effected my case. He was evasive. He repeatedly asked me for the same information. I was worried. I had to call our mutual acquaintance several times just to get a response from him. After numerous attempt to talk about the case, I finally I started researching with the information that I had. I ended up collecting more than my so-called attorney. When I attempted to get him up to speed- there was just more empty promises, unresponsiveness and and lack of action. By October 11, 2025, I asked for my money to be given back since he had not made good on our agreement. He agreed to pay me back my $3500. I have contacted him at least 6 times to find out when I'd receive my refund. He keeps coming with excuses about waiting on Galveston County to pay him a check before he can pay me- More lies! Dennis Craggs has shown: Dishonesty Unresponsiveness Misuse of funds (because why weren't they in escrow?) Lack of respect I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DENNIS CRAGGS!!!
