Andy was my attorney for a simple traffic violation. I pointed out to Andy that the police said my car was Brown on the stand, when in fact my car was grey almost black. The one question I was hoping he had asked me was what color my vehicle was, he failed to ask just that one simple question. Thi...s is a credibility case, one person's word against another. We had the same story except I do not believe I was speeding at the amount the cop had stated, the fact that the cop misstated what color my vehicle was, was all we needed to win. I know this, cause I've been on a jury before regarding a misstatement on what type of vehicle the defendant was driving. So don't ever hire Andy, if he can't as simple question that someone pointed out was incorrect by the cop.
