Mr Nolley Came Through For Us!!!

I consulted with Mr Nolley initially in March 2010, seeking his representation against an insurance company that had refused to pay our claim to compensate us for severe structural damages to our building which had occurred during Hurricane Ike in 2008. From day one, I found Mr Nolley to be quite e...ngaging, yet most compassionate, professional, and candid. He was very concerned about our situation. However, he made no absurd or outrageous promises, but he did promise to investigate the matter thoroughly before he would commit to representing our organization. After he & his staff had thoroughly reviewed our insurance policy in explicit detail, page by page, sentence by sentence, to determine if the insurance company was justified in not honoring our policy, he called me within 48 hours to inform me that not only were we entitled to receive compensation, but that he would aggressively pursue the matter. He also warned me not to expect a "quick fix" or immediate results, because this process could become rather lengthy, should the insurance company contest his demands. Our initial mediation occurred in August 2010, and ended after nearly 90 minutes, when Mr Nolley demanded that the representatives leave his office, because he was highly insulted by the offer they made to us, which in fact, was not even 10% of what we needed to repair our facility. His final words to them as they left were, "We'll see you in court!" I was truly amazed, not only with his tenacity, but also with his passionate commitment to our organization, to ensure that we would get the best possible compensation. He and his staff also provided me with status reports on a weekly basis, to inform us of any progress they'd achieved in their efforts to represent us. Our second & final mediation occurred in January 2011, and lasted nearly 8 hours, as Mr. Nolley succeeded in forcing the insurance company to settle for a most reasonable figure, which guaranteed that we would be able to completely renovate our facility (...and this was AFTER his fee was deducted). As an added bonus, he provided me with an excellent reference - a very skilled, competent professional contractor, who did a marvelous job in renovating our facility, and he finished in less time than was originally projected! Every time I go to the facility, I'm truly grateful, and I have Waverly Nolley to thank, because without his knowledge & expertise, we would not have been able to get what we needed. The 16 months that we spent being displaced, was well worth it! I would recommend him to anyone!!!
