Terrible immigration attorney, got my i751 case denied after I paid her 8,000$ to show up to court and represent me( immigration fees less than 1000) She went to court with me one time in almost 10 years. To make matters worse she reminds me every time I see her how she’s had worse cases approved. G...reat doesn’t do me any good. If they call you, you better be ready or you won’t be able to talk to them for months. My court date has been pushed since 2019 according to her it’s the courts pushing the dates, however she’s so bad to me at least that I don’t believe anything she says, and I think they’re the ones requesting more time when I specifically asked not to prolong anymore. Did I mention if you don’t answer you won’t get someone on the phone for months ? LOL go somewhere else. I’ve thought about reporting her to the state bar because I legitimately threw 8000 to the trash and she never went to court with me AFTER the second 4K she asked for court representation. Wish I could at least get my money back because I’m in the same situation I was when I first contacted her to help me.
