Samuel L. Milledge

Be aware that there are 2 Sam L Milledges (father and son). There is no distinction between them in the Texas Bar records (no jr. or sr.). My experience is with the older Milledge. I hired this lawyer to handle my bankruptcy case. After filling out the reams of paperwork, my case was never filed. Cal...ls to the office for status updates were never returned. The paralegal working there is the one who really dropped the ball, which she said in her own words. Then, she said it was because they did not receive full payment. Well, they had been debiting directly from my account, so I know they have the money. The only way to get a response was to contact the Texas Bar. The mishandling of my case led to the even more complications that caused extreme hardship for my family. I was hopeful in the beginning, but they were ultimately dashed.

This guy is a very good attorney that thinks outside of the box. I had a bankruptcy problem caused by my previous attorney and I almost lost my house. Nobody else including my previous attorney would try to help me. Mr. Milledge took my case and fixed my problem with much ease. I have my house free... and clear thanks to Sam Milledge. He could have turned his back on me like the other lawyers, but he didn't. I would disregard any negative comments about this man based on my experience with him.
