Michael Emanuel Stoll

My truck was recently profiled by new addition to the Tomball police department. I received 3 violations and also missed my court date. I found Michael Stoll through a car club forum. He sent a letter to the court to reschedule the date. I met him for the first time in court and he had one violation ...dismissed and the remainder fines drastically reduced to $40 with no record. I was stunned, called his office and immediately made payment for his services.......I will definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Having Mr. Stoll represent me was the best decision I could have ever made!! I received a traffic citation for speeding after not having a traffic violation in over 10 years. I have a CDL so I knew hiring an attorney would be expensive but I knew it was imperative that I do so in order to try to keep... the violation off my driving record. I met Mr. Stoll in court while he was tending to another client. I told him of my situation and he agreed to represent me. A month later I received another traffic citation for speeding. Concerned, I reached out to Mr. Stoll and told him about the additional citation. His words and confidence put me at ease. We went to court and he was able to get both traffic violations dismissed. Like someone stated below, I was cited for disobeying a traffic stop when I knew the officer was clearly lying since who would mess up with a Police officer stalking them for 4 mins and decide on the 3rd stop sign that I don't know how to obey traffic laws?!(Yet the 4 cars speeding in front o...f me in a school zone were not worth his time I assume), so I fought it with the help of Mr. Stoll! I was expecting another citation I received to stick, the officer was doing his best to send his kids to Harvard finding everything wrong about me, but possibly have my stop sign citation dismissed due to evidence. However Mr. Stoll was not willing to settle for table scraps, and was able to get my tickets dismissed in less than 30mins!! I will be highly recommending him to anyone who feels unfairly wronged by the law because he has your back and best interest at heart! I must also add that he is easily reachable if you have any concerns, and is very affordable if money is an issue =)

This is the second ticket I received in less than a year. This time it was for "running a stop sign". I knew I didn't run it, so, I hired Michael to represent me. Unfortunately, the case never made it to trial - I'd have loved to have a jury dismiss the case and show the incompetence of the office. O...h well. Instead, my case was dismissed due to the negotiating efforts from Michael. An absolute pleasure to work with!
