Client was charged with DWI after failing all field sobriety tests and blowing a .154. Because of prior criminal history, client was initially denied a pre-trial diversion (an agreement between the cl ... ient and the DAs office that results in dismissal). I was able to go up the chain of command at the Montgomery County DAs office and convince them to deviate from their written policies in order to make an exception for my client. She will now end up with a dismissal. This will ultimately save her career in the medical field.
