Due to the language barrier, and the fact that our client was rushing to the hos ... pital to see an ailing friend, our client lost patience and simply left the scene before police arrived. However, our investigation revealed that he had, in fact, left his insurance information with the other motorist and, therefore, he was not guilty under Texas law. The DA agreed and dismissed the case at the second court appearance.
