William Kent Bickham

Kent Bickham has over 25 years of experience as an oil & gas attorney with experience in every phase of the exploration and production process. Working as a Senior Attorney for both Marathon Oil Company and ARCO Oil & Gas Company, Kent was responsible for overseeing legal work for worldwide exploration and production activities including production operations in the Permian Basin and East Texas, with experience in other parts of the lower forty-eight, Alaska, Russia and the Ukraine. He has drafted all manner of oil & gas contracts such as leases, farm-in and farm-out agreements, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, gas sales and processing agreements, data licenses, master service contracts and drilling contracts. Kent is also an experienced oil & gas title attorney, having drafted numerous drillsite title opinions, supplemental title opinions and acquisition title opinions. Kent is licensed to practice in Texas.
