I hired Silvia for my brothers case. Paid the $500 to go visit him in jail. Of course it wasn’t her it was her assistant. She suggested a Stay of Deportation which was a long shot that would cost $2000. I was hesitant and my brother kept saying they’re going to deport me with a few days. I kept askin...g Silvia’s assistant to verify if true before I pay and she kept telling me she didn’t see that he was scheduled to be deported. Finally I go ahead and pay and following day he’s deported. Frustrating that they weren’t aware of took my money. I asked for refund and she only credits me $1000. When asked why she made up a lot of false claims of work that was not done. To verify I called her assistant and she confirmed that nothing was filed as Silvia claimed. Truly unethical and very disappointed. Do not use her because it’s all about the money not truly representing you and doing the right thing.

Silva Mintz is a lawyer who listens. She knows her job and gave me the best guidance to succeed in my case. She helped me with my divorce last year. It was a very disputed divorce, but she keep me focused on the important things and guided me through the process.
