RJ Feltman

RJ Feltman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, from Texas A&M University. RJ obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was an active member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, and the Sports Law Society.

RJ’s practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, estate planning, and real estate transactions. Additionally, he has worked on the formation of for-profit and non-profit corporations, and helped negotiate various business transactions. RJ is a member of several Houston-area and statewide legal organizations.

Before embarking on a legal career, RJ spent time participating in the Texas legislative and regulatory process. RJ’s research was recently published in the Texas Water Journal. RJ’s diverse experience helps him understand the challenges and legal concerns his clients face in their business operations, enabling him to more effectively anticipate and meet their needs.
