Great Lawyer!

Paul did a great job helping my company expand into a new line of services. He used his business and legal experience to help us understand the benefits and risks of the expansion and drew up all of the paperwork to make it happen. I also referred a client of ours to Paul for amending his company'...s operating agreement and getting his DBA filed with the Secretary of State. The work was completed same day and we had a very happy client.
