I have so many good things to say about Mr. Leslie Legrand, but first and foremost, I just want to thank him through this review for the way that he handled and managed many obstacles in my DWI case down in Galveston, as well as how he treated my family and I, with so much respect and empathy during ...a time we desperately needed it. My case has gone on for 2 years..during this long drawn out process, he was very clear on what to expect. My case was a lost cause from the beginning…when I hired Mr. Legrand, he made sure that my expectations were low so that in worst case scenario I wouldn’t be disappointed…he was communicative when I needed to ask him anything regarding my case, he was always completely honest with me and never led me astray. Leslie Legrand went to lengths that no average lawyer I’ve ever had or heard of would, to ensure the best possible result of my case. He was always straight forward and to the point, which is exactly what you want when you are going through a stressful situation like this. He always did what he said he would do and was a man of his word when he said he would do his best on this case….recently we were able to resolve my case finally and find a solution that settled it in a way that was more fulfilling than I could’ve ever possibly imagined. Because of Leslie Legrand, I now have a chance to see my infant son take his first steps, and speak his first words, as well as be a good role model to him through my learned from mistakes…I’m able to be there for my wife as a provider and partner in raising our son. Im now given a chance to live a normal life because Mr. Legrand gave me a fighting chance and never gave up even when the odds were stacked against us. I owe him my most sincere gratitude for his personal and professional approach to my case. I HIGHLY recommend Leslie Legrand to anybody who is going through a DWI/DUI case that is feeling like I did because I promise you he will fight for you tooth and nail, fearlessly. I want to take a moment and sing praises for my Attorney Leslie Legrand. I found myself in a very scary situation. You name it I experienced it with my case. Sleepless nights, loss of employment, fear, the whole 9 yards. Mr. LeGrand worked for me and fought for me to get me to my ultimate goal.... CASE DISMISSED. He is a master mind at defense law. Let me tell you why. We didn’t talk daily, weekly, or monthly during my case..but when we did speak he spoke volumes. He never sugar-coated anything. He never pressured me to go through a lengthy trial. In fact he mentioned to me that this is a case we could win or lose. But I can assure you, his mind is always working. He’s had an angle on the State the whole time. He’s not going to baby you and check in with you daily as we as defendants think. But he’s going to work hard at getting you the best possible outcome. He mentioned to me that “He is good at what he does” Go visit him in his office and you can see for yourself. You won’t find him on a bathroom stall at the bar advertising. You won’t find him at the Bail Bond company. He doesn’t have to do that. His works speaks for itself. Do you think I write this because my case got dismissed and I am happy? I am elated..sure! But I write this because Mr. Legrand has had my back since I walked into his office. I was and am confident that whatever the outcome was going to be…I rest assured Mr. Legrand gave them hell! Go get you a $500 lawyer if you want. How much is your freedom worth? How much is your time with loved ones worth outside of a visiting cell? Before you hire any lawyer, make sure you consult with Mr. Legrand. The whole firm is awesome.
