Kristin Nicole Rhame

I am a victim of domestic abuse and left my husband over a year ago. Kristin Rhame promised me a speedy divorce to a marriage with virtually no assets, except for custody and getting just my name off a mutual business. She took $5000 as payment and after a year nothing on my case has been done, and n...ow she asks for $2500 more. She said she has already done $5000 worth of work and she hasn't even gotten my "ex"-husband to sign the divorce petition to acknowledge it. She does not give updates, send the proper documentation or respond in a prompt manner, and she allows her personal situations to override that of her clients on a regular basis. I have reported to her on several occasions of her neglect, and yet still nothing is done to help me on her end. She simply blames the judge or tells me of a personal matter that constantly keeps her from the case. I do not believe this person should be allowed to represent others in a legal capacity, nor do I believe she should be allowed to keep her licence if all she does is rob people of their hope, time and money. I will never recommend Kristin Rhame to anyone seeking legal advice.
