James C. Ferrell, the firm's founding attorney, has personally litigated complex asbestos, mesothelioma, and toxic exposure cases in state and federal courts across the United States. Ferrell is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin where he completed his undergraduate and law school education. He served as an intern to the Texas Supreme Court’s Senior Justice during his final year of law school. Mr. Ferrell’s litigation responsibilities have included trials in state and federal courts as well as arbitration before the American Arbitration Association.
