About Angela
Biography
Angela is the Managing Partner of Madeksho Law, and she is the daughter of the firm’s founder, Larry Madeksho. Carrying on her family’s legacy, she manages Madeksho Law’s Houston office and has over 20 years of experience in asbestos litigation. Angela has a special understanding of the people she serves because she grew up around families of asbestos workers, and she is a cancer survivor herself.
Before earning her law license, Angela was Larry’s paralegal, building client cases and investigating potential asbestos exposures. She helped research insurance companies’ deception in poisoning asbestos victims. This eventually resulted in a nearly half-billion-dollar settlement on behalf of the victims.
Angela is a member of National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Top 10 in National Trial Lawyers Asbestos/Mesothelioma.
Angela is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Texas Southern University School of Law. When she isn’t working with clients, Angela devotes herself to family and to advocating for animals. She founded the rescue group ADORE Houston, addressing Houston’s homeless animal crisis. Madeksho Law generously supports ADORE’s work to help get stray and abandoned dogs off the streets, out of shelters and into loving homes. Angela has been recognized by The City of Houston by having September 27th proclaimed “Angela Madeksho Day.” She also provides peace of mind to cancer victims in their final days by working to re-home their beloved pets.
