Attorney Shartory L. Hicks exemplifies dedication and passion in the legal field, tailoring her approach to meet each client's needs. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, she earned her Mediation Certification from Norfolk State University and worked as the Mediation Coordinator for the Norfolk Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court in 2004, overseeing numerous divorce and child conservatorship cases. Attorney Hicks earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from Kaplan University in 2007 and became a real estate agent, advising a diverse clientele. A series of relocations led her to Houston in 2013, where she received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law, finishing at the top of her class. She further honed her unique skills at the Office of the Attorney General in the Child Support Division until 2020. Attorney Hicks is a committed member of the Downtown Group, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Bar’s Family and Real Estate Law Sections. In her personal time, she balances family commitments with mentoring young women pursuing law careers.

Real Estate HOA
