Biography
Jon Emmanual is from Flagstaff, Arizona, and moved to Houston after finishing law school at The University of Alabama School of Law in 2010.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jon worked as an accountant for a large company with stores throughout the country. His time in corporate accounting gives him a solid business background with an understanding of business concepts and terms and the importance of minimizing risk.
During law school, Jon also earned an MBA to better understand business needs and the legal implications of business decisions. This background allows him to help individuals and businesses to negotiate and draft contracts and acquire and protect assets.
Jon has represented both individuals and corporations from both sides of the docket. Jon's experience is mainly in commercial litigation, but he has experience representing clients in a variety of areas, including labor and employment matters, disputes over non-competition agreements, and debtor and creditor disputes.
