My husband, and the father of our son, was arrested for Assault, Failure to Stop and Give Information, and Evading Arrest. Basically, he got into a fender bender and some bad people tried to take advantage of him, because when they heard his accent, they assumed he was here illegally (he's not here ...illegally). The cops did not see what was actually going on of course because they arrested him and charged him with three cases.
