Tariq Gladney

I am a Texas-based attorney licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts. The range of my work includes business planning, contract drafting, trademark registration, representation in contract negotiations, formation of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, estate planning and will preparation, wealth management and asset retention, bankruptcy protection, credit repair and debt settlement, criminal defense, foreclosure and eviction defense, property title clearing assistance, as well as litigation from discovery to judgment on through collection.  Beyond my role as an attorney and counselor at law, I am also an author, speaker, business owner, certified NBA contract advisor, mentor, life coach, and personal financial educator.  I am passionate about personal finance and speak twice a year on credit & debt at the “People’s Law School”, a program put on by the Center for Consumer Law at the University of Houston Law School designed to teach the average person some useful information about the law.  I often share tips on how to improve your credit score.  I offer consultation services to individuals, small businesses, and non-profits.  I can provide financial education for you and your organization.
