Stephen Lovtin
Mr Loftin and Mr Thomas, of the Hicks Thomas firm represented a partnership that I manage. It is my belief, that their representation was, to put it politely, very poor. They were paid about $1,000,000.00, and my recollection is that they did not win on any of their arguments or recommendations.
