Robert Mark Willingham

Mark Willingham represents a multitude of clients as trial counsel, National trial counsel, National coordinating counsel, and general outside counsel. He specializes in providing high quality legal advise and representation to individuals, small companies and large corporations by tailoring the representation to each client’s specific needs and legal challenges. He has tried cases ranging from simple automobile accidents to complex catastrophic injury and damages, mass tort and class action cases in Texas, as well as Louisiana and Indiana; practiced in front of State and Federal Judges in California, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Illinois; and coordinates the litigation for numerous clients across the U.S. Regardless of the size or magnitude of the individual company’s issues, he counsels a variety of individuals and corporations in relation to their litigation concerns and comprehensive legal needs; often working with companies serving as their general counsel.

Mark Willingham regularly presents at seminars on a variety of topics including trial tactics, common sense approaches to legal needs of companies, mass tort litigation, and product and premise liability.
