It was frustrating at times. But he did a Good Job. Calls Back. Talks to Prosecutors. First one ever to actually do he Job. He is mostly mutually but mostly on your side. He really got my year Long case Dissmissed. I'm so happy. I feel blessed by God that he sent Rishabh K. Godha to me. I recommend h...is paid service to anybody. Great Lawyer. He knows his stuff.

Mr. Godha was appointed by the court to represent my son in a felony fraud charge that was going to be his third strike. My son was looking at spending over a year in State jail. The situation was probably typical sounding, because it was a stolen check. My son was the guy with the State ID, so he... was the guy who went inside the bank to cash it. Ended up the police showed up, arrested him, he went to jail. He was released but missed his court date. So a felony warrant was issued and they picked him up about a month later. "He" (my son) was in jail for about two months. During which time me (his mother) contacted this "public defender" Mr. Godha and just wanted to know what was going to happen and being unfamiliar with the judicial system I was looking for answers. Mr. Godha called me back after I had left a message on his office voice mail. Explained to me the situation. Then listened as I explained my thoughts on this charge. Then we discussed possible solutions to help my son not have to take this felony charge. Since he was not aware that the check was stolen, we did have a slim chance of getting the documentation in from of the prosecutor and judge in hopes of a dismissal. It was a pretty far stretch since my son did already have a criminal past that did not look good. Mr. Godha prepared the documents, and it was pretty much in the last hours. The morning of court we still did not have the affidavit we needed to clear my son of this charge. Mr Godha perused the individual who had the affidavit, the man had already gotten it notarized (thankfully) so it was a matter of sending it via the wonderful amazing internet via cell phone to Mr. Godha who was able to send the document to prosecutor. And the state dismissed my sons felony fraud case. I would like to publicly thank Mr. Godha for his time and efforts with my sons case. Just because he was court appointed, he still did an excellent job in defending my son, and a dismissal was the end result. It does not get much better than that. I would recommend Rishabh Godha for his services. I am so pleased with the outcome.
