Richard Anthony Branca

Mr. Branca handles a variety of maritime and other litigation matters.  Before joining Royston Rayzor, he practiced law at a well-known New York maritime firm.  Richard is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and Texas federal courts, which includes the Eastern, Western, Southern, and Northern U.S. District Courts in addition to the following:

·          U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second and Fifth Circuits;

·         U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York; and

·          U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey
