Priscilla Ochu Arthus

Priscilla Arthus is committed to understanding each client’s business needs and the industry in which they operate. As a member of the Capital Markets/Commercial Lending practice group, Priscilla focuses on providing valuable counsel to lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in connection with a wide range of debt financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending transactions, leveraged acquisition financings, note purchase facilities, reserve-based and asset-based facilities, first lien/second lien transactions, syndicated credit facilities, direct lending transactions, real estate financings, DIP financings, and other debt investments. Priscilla also works with clients across a range of industries, including energy, aviation, retail, and healthcare. In addition, she advises clients on matters involving general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Priscilla was a finance associate at another international law firm in Houston. She also served a two-year term as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Arenda Wright Allen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Priscilla earned her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editor of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law and received the University of Virginia School of Law Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Prior to law school, Priscilla practiced as a certified public accountant for a Big Four accounting firm, with a focus on audit. Priscilla graduated with a Masters in Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, magna cum laude, from University of South Florida. She was recognized by Best Lawyers as a “Ones to Watch” lawyer for her practice in Banking and Finance (2021 – 2022).
