There is absolutely nothing she can do. False reports are made to CPS daily .

In Texas you can be let g for no reason, Unless you have a contract with your employer you do not have a cause of action,

My son got jumped on college campus by 8 young men. He was put off campus and school. Sine of the young men were expelled also.
