If you are primary retain a lawyer and file a writ of attachment,
I was told that the game warden that issued my ticket will not be in court. Do i have the right to see my accuser when in court

The Appeals court moves slow. If they grant oral argument they will give you about 3 weeks notice.

It sounds like there is a court order. If your parents do not follow the court order you can file a Motion to enforce.

You can not take it form his 401k but if the judge puts him in jail he may want to take the money out of his 401k to get out of jail.
