You can pay the person that put the mug shot on the internet to remove it. DPS also has it and you may need to file an expunction,

You get the time your served in jail except if it is a State Jail felony and then judge has discretion,

It depends on the facts of the case. if you are living with a sex offender they can tell you to move or they have a right to take your kids,

There should be a court order allowing her to see the kids. If her ex is violating the order she can file a Motion to enforce .
